Marissa McAleer is an Associate at the firm’s Trenton office. Her various areas of practice include labor law, employment law, administrative law, and school law. Ms. McAleer primarily represents public sector unions and their members in labor and employment matters in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings. Ms. McAleer is an honors graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where she was the recipient of the St. Thomas More academic scholarship. She received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars.
