Mr. Sokolowski is Of Counsel in the firm's Trenton office. Mr. Sokolowski focuses his practice primarily on labor and employment litigation, representing public sector labor unions and their members in state and federal courts in all aspects of civil litigation, administrative hearings, and appellate practice. He regularly provides counseling to labor unions and their members on such matters as pension, welfare, and health insurance benefits, termination, discipline, age, disability, gender, national origin and pregnancy discrimination, CEPA/whistleblower, and sexual harassment. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sokolowski served as law clerk to the Hon. James E. Rafferty, J.S.C.
