Margaret W. Serrano
Ms. Serrano concentrates her practice in the areas of labor law and employment law. Ms. Serrano is a former National Labor Relations Board Field Attorney, a former Assistant General Counsel to the California Agricultural Labor Relations Board, and is experienced in labor arbitrations, union elections, and unfair labor practice charges and litigation. She has served the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department as an Appellate Court Attorney, and has worked in private practice representing the union founded by Cesar Chavez, the United Farm Workers of America. Ms. Serrano is bilingual in Spanish and holds state translator and interpreter certification in several jurisdictions.
